Park Rules and Guidelines

Management would like to give you a safe and enjoyable experience at Sikatuna's Mirror of the World & Botanical Garden

Personal Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your own safety and the safety of any minors under your supervision. You are expected to exercise caution, use common sense, and follow all posted rules, guidelines and instructions provided by SMOTW.

Property Damage
You are liable for any damage caused to Park property, including but not limited to natural features, structures, equipment, and amenities, resulting from your willful misconduct, negligence, or failure to follow Park rules.

Theft or Damage
The Park is not responsible for any theft, loss, or damage to personal belongings. Take appropriate precautions to safeguard your possessions.

Trash and Litter
Please dispose of all trash and litter in the designated bins provided throughout the Park. Help us keep the Park clean and beautiful for everyone to enjoy.

Pets
Pets are welcome in the Park but must be kept on a leash at all times. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and ensuring their behavior does not disturb other guests.

Outside Food
Guests are NOT allowed to bring their foods and alcoholic beverages into the Park for personal consumption.
Other Guidelines
Children below twelve (12) years of age MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Please do not leave your children unattended.
Infant below one (1) year old is FREE and Children below three (3) feet P 50.00.
The guest hereby consents to any search for prohibited items including, but not limited to, weapons, controlled, dangerous, and illegal substances.
As a courtesy to fellow park goers, guest are requested to maintain proper decorum and refrain from conducting obscene or lewd gestures with the Park premises. Likewise, running, horseplay, pushing, and other inappropriate behaviors shall be prohibited.
SMOTW will not be liable for any lost or stolen personal items belongings to the guests.
SMOTW shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or injury suffered by the Guest while inside the Park as a result of the act of omission of a third party. Neither shall SMOTW be held responsible or liable for any damage or injury suffered by the Guest while inside the Park as a result of his or her own fault, negligence, or failure to comply with the Park's rules and regulations.
As a gesture to others guests, guests are requested not to have obscenities or lewd gestures. Likewise, no running, horse playing, pushing, dunking, shouldering riding, or other inappropriate behavior shall be allowed.
SMOTW reserves the right, without refund liability, or compensation, to deny admission or remove any person from the Park for any reason, including non-compliance with the Park terms and conditions.
SMOTW reserves the right, in our sole and absolute discretion, without prior notice, and without refund, liability or compensation, to change the operating hours of any attraction or or show, close the Park or any part of it temporarily, restricted the number of person having access to a facility and/ or suspend or cancel any entertainment program if we consider the circumstances so require.
